Let us know if you have any questions by messaging us on Classdojo or using your preferred method.

If students wish to join the CES Minecraft Esports Club, please fill out the permission packet and have your child return to Mr. Gonzalez as soon as possible.

Wednesday -
6G Per 1 - Today we will start with a chemical reactions lab. Student teams will test different variables to see what happens when mixing vinegar and baking soda.

Then we will do some Math activities. We will go over Mathematical Reasoning and work on the Four Fours Puzzle.

6B Per 2 - Same as Period 1.

Thursday -
6G Per 1 - Today we will wrap up whatever we did not finish yesterday.

Laptops assigned to all students. We will send a form home for those families who need to check out a laptop to use for the year. If families choose, students can either take their laptops home every day or leave them at school every day.

We will go over caring for laptops. Students will sign up for their Math & Science Google Classrooms and their Math & Science Classcraft accounts.

6B Per 2 - Same as Period 1. Also, during this period, students will get a tour of the campus to learn the expectations and how to treat our school respectfully.

HW - If you would like to check out a laptop for your child to take home every day, please fill out the computer check out form.

Friday -
6B Per 1 - Students will be completing a few more activities on their new laptops. I have a few Google Forms surveys and new students need to set up their electronic portfolios for the year. This class also needs to finish whatever we did not get to yesterday when we had our expectations tour.

Writer's Elective - From 1:10 to 2 pm every Monday and Friday Ms. Berg and I will have a Writer's Elective course. We will both focus on writing during this time but through different projects and activities. We will give students a choice as to which class they prefer to take.

6G Per 2 - Same as Period 1 (this class got farther along yesterday so they will most likely get farther than 6B).

Email me or message me on Classdojo with any questions.
