| 6th-grade Science Monday - No School for President's Day! HW - None Tuesday to Friday - This week 6th graders are going to start working on the Potential Energy Lego Mindstorms EV3 Design Challenge! If they didn't finish the Sensabot Challenge or the Traffic Signal Challenge last week they'll have to finish the Potential Energy Challenge first before they can go back and finish. They have two weeks as March 1 is the deadline to finish the three challenges. We are going to hold off on fish trapping for another couple of weeks. In March we might set traps again. | 8th-grade Science Monday - No School for President's Day! HW - None Tuesday to Thursday - This week 8th graders will work on Lesson 2 of the How Will It Move workbook. If we can, we will start Lesson 3. Friday - Students will work on their Genius Hour projects. | 7/8 Robotics/ Programming Monday - No School for President's Day! HW - None Tuesday to Friday - This week student teams will work on their app design activity, then work on the user types activities. |
