Quarter 1, Week 1, 9/7 to 9/11

2nd per - 9:19am to 10:39am 

Lunch - 10:39am to 11:09am 

3rd per - 11:12am to 12:32pm 

4th per - 12:36pm to 1:26pm 

5th per - 1:30pm to 2:20pm

6th grade Science Monday - No school - Labor Day! HW - Have a great three day weekend! Get a good night's rest so you can come to school on time and ready! :) Tuesday - Class Intro!  Then teams will take the Marshmallow Challenge! HW - Parents and students please read through, sign and bring back the following paperwork: Read the class syllabus to fill out the parent online survey and visit my website's Parent Page. On the back of the class syllabus is the information to sign up for Science Remind updates. Students AND parents sign up for the Classdojo behavior information. Sign the Internet Agreement. Wednesday - Students will take a personality survey to re-arrange and balance their teams. What can we do to have a safe and happy classroom? Students will answer that question to come up with Class Promises they can make and Mr. G can make to have a happy and safe classroom all year! Thursday - Today we are going to finish working on the activity we started yesterday to make our Class Promises to have a happy, safe and fun year together! Friday - We nee to do some more wrap up work on our Class Promises activity to come up with three student promises and three teacher promises to make this class safe, happy and fun.  Then students are going to do an activity to learn about observations and inferences. HW - Parents sign up for Mr. G's Remind and Classdojo. And don't forget to fill out the short, six question survey. Students turn in your Classdojo sign in slip and the Internet Agreement if you haven't already.

6th grade Exploratory Technology Lit Monday - No school - Labor Day! HW - Have a great three day weekend! Tuesday - Class Intro for my 1st group, Exploratory Technology Lit B. HW - Get started on getting all the Cispus Paperwork (and this sheet too) filled out and signed. Bring it back to Mr. G as soon as possible but no later than Sept 15.  Also get the class syllabus signed by a parent and turn that in tomorrow. Wednesday - Class Intro for my 1st group, Exploratory Technology Lit A. Thursday - Class Intro for my 1st group, Exploratory Technology Lit C. Friday - Today I will have group B again. Students are going to learn how to sign into their 3D GameLab accounts. They will use 3D GameLab to start their Exploratory Technology Literacy coursework! HW - All three classes need to turn in their class syllabus signed if they haven't already to Mr. G.  And keep working on your Cispus Paperwork (and this sheet too) to get that to Mr. G as soon as you can.  It'll probably be easier if Group B turns in their Cispus paperwork to Mr. G, Group A turns in their Cispus paperwork to Ms. Langston, and Group C turns in their paperwork to Mr. Meacham.
