6th grade Science Monday - No school today - New Year's Day Observed. HW - None! Tuesday - Today we are going to start the prep work for our first EMM Lesson on Forces, Lesson 5, section 5.1 on Elastic Force. Wednesday - Today teams should be starting the Lesson 5.1 lab on Elastic Force. Students will collect data to graph and analyze. Thursday - Today we will start part two of lesson 5, Lesson 5.2, on the force of gravity. Friday - Today students will complete their lesson 5 3D GameLab quest, Elastic Force and Gravity, so they can unlock and start working on the Simple Machines quest. That quest will get students started on adding a simple machine artifact to their Market Day booths! It should be awesome! This week period 3, Group A, will set the fish traps one day, then return the next day to ID and count any fish we catch in the traps. We always return the fish to the creek. | 6th grade Exploratory Technology Lit Monday - No school today - New Year's Day Observed. Group B doesn't meet today. HW - None if you are all caught up! Tuesday - Group C - We will be meeting in the computer lab so that those who have completed all their work can continue playing World of Warcraft! Those who are not done will do their 3D GameLab work to get to play the game. Wednesday - Group A - Same as yesterday for this group.
