We will also have our annual field day activities in the afternoon!

Thursday - Sixth-grade promotion walk begins at 9:50 am.

Today is the last day of school with dismissal at 12:15 pm.

Friday - Juneteenth - That's a wrap for 25-26!

Quarter 4, Week 8, 6-8 to 6-12

6B - Ms. Berg's 6th Grade Homeroom Class
6G - Mr. Gonzalez's 6th Grade Homeroom Class

Math & Science

Monday and Tuesday -
Math and Science - Monday and Tuesday, we will be doing some getting ready for NatureBridge activities, mostly in Ms. Berg's class, and on Monday at 2:30, when kids meet their HS camp counselors.

For Math and Science, teams will continue either to finish their water quality claim, evidence, reasoning conclusions, or to work on their Peace with Nature project. As students finish their conclusions, they will transition right to the Peace with Nature project, where teams are building 3D virtual representations of ideas they come up with for solving sustainability problems, such as water pollution.

Tuesday - Garden Day! This week, students are using the flour they ground from wheat into dough for pizzas! They will make their pizzas next Tuesday. :)

NatureBridge, Wednesday to Friday - A handout is coming home today with reminders for getting kids ready for Wednesday morning. We will leave from school after breakfast, around 9:30 am. Those who are staying behind and coming to school will be placed in one of the other classrooms with work to complete from Ms. Berg and me. If 6th graders are not attending school, they can take their work home on Tuesday at the end of the day.

Please plan to pick up your 6th grader on Friday, June 12, at the parking lot. Our buses should be getting back from camp around 3 pm.
