6G - Mr. Gonzalez's 6th Grade Homeroom Class
| Math & Science Monday to Friday - Math - This week we are going to work on Unit 2 on ratios. Science - This week students need to finish the EV3 robot educator lessons on programming their robots. Then we will start learning more and experimenting with the sensors. HW - For Math students have a workbook that they can take pages out of to take home for lessons that need more work if they don't get it during class or if they miss due to absence. For Science, if students fall behind on their classwork they can catch up at home (if students do not have access to a computer at home, ask Mr. Gonzalez for an alternative activity or assignment). If students want to access the practice quizzes and games on Google Classroom at home, they can work on those as well. Tuesday - Garden Day! (Our classes have garden in the afternoon.) Fish Trapping if the weather is safe! 6G will set the traps on Tuesday then retrieve the traps on Wednesday to ID and count the fish. 6B will set their traps on Wednesday and retrieve the traps on Thursday to ID and count the fish. |
