Math & Science Monday to Friday -  Math - Monday students will get their Unit 3 assessments back to review, go over the ones they got right and the ones they got wrong. Students will be working on Math Google Classroom assignment 073 Unit 3 Assessment Reflection. They will work on fixing the ones they got wrong to learn from their mistakes. They will take their tests home so that you can look at how your child did. Tuesday and Wednesday we will create fraction strips to review fractions and complete a problem string for fraction multiplication practice. Thursday we will start Unit 4 on Dividing Fractions with the Pre-Unit Check, assignment 074. Friday we will do assignment 075 Cookie Cutter. Science - Students are going to check the feedback I left on their sensors lab final conclusions. Students who did not finish can still finish it for homework. They just need to let me know when they re-submit it so that I can read it and provide feedback. Then we are going to work on some ultrasonic sensor labs to use them like motion sensors to make different graphs to learn about motion, speed, and acceleration. Tuesday - Garden Day! (Our classes have garden in the morning.) ------------------ Any work that is not completed during class time becomes homework so that students don't fall behind and so that all students can access ALL the learning. Regular HW available for anyone who needs it -  For Math students have a workbook that they can take pages out of to take home for lessons that need more work if they don't get it during class or if they miss due to absence. Students can also finish or go back through any online assignment once we complete it in class on a computer, tablet, or phone. For Science, if students fall behind on their classwork they can catch up at home (if students do not have access to a computer at home, ask Mr. Gonzalez for an alternative activity or assignment). If students want to access the practice quizzes and games on Google Classroom at home, they can work on those as well on computers, tablets, or phones.
