| 6th-grade Science Monday - Garden Day While in class, students will be able to finish their Coding in Minecraft eportfolio reflection. Tuesday through Friday - This week we will start our Robotics unit. We will begin with an intro to robotics presentation. Then students will learn about the Lego Mindstorms EV3 kit. Teams will be assigned their kit then they will build their first robot to practice using the Lego Mindstorms programming software. Once teams are ready, they will begin the first challenge called Sensabot. This week period 1 and period 2 will do the fish trapping if the weather permits. I we can get one trapping done, it will be period 1. Note: Only Period 1 was able to go fish trapping this week. |
