Mr. G's 6th-grade Homeroom Monday and Tuesday - This week students will continue working on their stories. HW - None Wednesday - Library Day (in the new library!). Thursday and Friday - Same as Monday. | 6th-grade Science Monday - Today 6th graders will be taking the MAP Reading Test. Students will have until 2 pm to finish. Those who finish early will either get time to work on Math or Science. From 2:00 to 3:25 my Period 1 class will have Science today. See Wednesday for what they will be doing. Teams who are done with their Sensors blog post are going to build their team robot, practice programming their robot, and complete their first challenge, the Sensabot Challenge. Teams who complete the Sensabot Challenge before the end of the week can move on to learning a little bit about how computers work before they begin the next challenge where they will learn how to use the move steering programming block with rotations and degrees mathematically! Thursday - Today 6th graders will be taking the MAP Language Test. Students will have until 2 pm to finish. Those who finish early will either get time to work on Math or Science.
