6th-grade Science Monday - Today teams will continue working on their programming lessons. As teams complete their final programming lesson they can start working on the challenges! The first challenge is the Sensabot Challenge! HW - None Tuesday - Late Start/Early Release Schedule today for 1st, 3rd, and 6th period classes only. Students will continue to work on their programming lessons or the Sensabot challenge. Wednesday - Late Start/Early Release Schedule today for 2nd, 5th, and 7th period classes only. I will be at the NCCE Education Technology Conference in Seattle for the rest of the week so I will have a sub. Students will continue to work on their programming lessons or the Sensabot challenge. Thursday and Friday - Teams will continue to work on the EV3 challenges. All teams should be done with the programming lessons by now. Those teams who finish the Sensabot Challenge will move on to a challenge called How Far. If they finish that one, they will move on to the How Fast challenge! If the weather permits, this week period 3 will set the fish traps one day, then return the next day to ID and count any fish we catch in the traps. We always return the fish to the creek. | 8th-grade Science Monday - Eighth graders will continue writing their Magnetic Cannon lab procedures. Those who finish writing their procedure today can start their experiments. HW - None Tuesday - Late Start/Early Release Schedule today for 1st, 3rd, and 6th period classes only so my 8th graders will not have Science class today. Wednesday - Late Start/Early Release Schedule today for 2nd, 5th, and 7th period classes only.
