Then students can finish their Port View assignment. Once students are done with their Port View assignment, teams will be designing experiments to test one of the EV3 Sensors.

HW - None if you are all caught up.

Tuesday - Reading MAP Testing today. Then 1st period will continue to work their porfolios or Port View assignments.

Wednesday - Same as Monday.

 Thursday - Same as Monday.

Friday - Math MAP Testing today. Then my 2nd period class will have Science to work on their Port View assignments if they have finished their portfolio work.
8th-grade Science

Monday to Friday - This week teams will grow different types of Wisconsin Fast Plants to see how the trait of purple stems is passed on from parents to offspring.

At the same time we will be investigating the phenomenon knows as Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) to learn how we've lost so many bees and what can be done to help the bees.

HW - None if you are all caught up.
6th-grade Keyboarding

Monday to Friday - Our daily routine is as follows:
  1. Check Classcraft.
  2. Play World of Warcraft to level up your character! OR Work on the WoW in Schools curriculum using 3D GameLab.
HW - No homework is assigned unless a student falls behind. If your child falls behind, he or she can catch up on their Keyboarding and on their 3D GameLab assignments using any device that has an Internet connection. To practice keyboarding, a device with a full keyboard is best. Kids can also do their keyboarding practice and 3D GameLab assignments from home if they want to get ahead.
