Monday - No School Today - President's Day.

HW - None

Tuesday - Today students will have time to finish their Lesson 13 blog as well as to put badges on their blogs to show which standards they are figuring out.

HW - Have your parents sign the student release forms, the National Board one and the WA GreenSTEMs one.

Wednesday - Many students still need time to finish their Lesson 13 blog so I will give them one more day to work on it. Those who are done will be engaging in some other simple machine activities.

HW - None, unless you still need to finish Lesson 13 blog.

Thursday - Today I will have periods 1, 3, and 5 (plus Eagle Time) for a two hour block.

I helped wrap up the Energy, Machines, and Motion social network prompts and shared the results the Work and Power prompts.

Then we started our Environmental Education unit. I began by having students draw a stream or river in their notebooks then we watched some videos to see what this project is going to look like (including tree planting and water quality testing). We ended the class today by starting the first part of this project, the Water Pollution Webquest (all this can be found on the Moodle, the 5th block).

Friday - Today I will have periods 2, 4, and 6 (plus Eagle Time) for a two hour block.
