| Math & Science Monday - Mondays are Garden Day! Each class will spend 45 minutes every Monday doing garden work with Valerie and Katie, our amazing garden coordinators! Note: Kids who were in esports last year and are going to participate again this year will have their first meeting this Thursday, Sept 14. Permission slips are due.New esports students will have their first meeting next Thursday, Sept 21. Permission slips are due and required for students to participate in esports.6B Per 1 - Today students are still working on setting up their Math and Science notebooks as well as reflecting on the Marshmallow challenge and completing some surveys. Today Ms. Berg and I also started our 50-minute Writer's Elective courses. Students were able to choose which Writer's Elective course they preferred. Today we all participated in a 9/11 Memorial activity to remember what happened back in 2001. Tuesday - 6G Per 1 - We are going to continue what we were doing yesterday as well as begin with a rich Math task for students to complete in random groups. 6B Per 2 - Same as Period 1 HW - Today kids will be bringing home some more paperwork some of which needs to be signed and returned tomorrow.
Wednesday - 6G Per 1 - Students will continue working on their Classcraft assignments in both Math and Science as we learn the procedures of these classes and as we prepare our electronic portfolios. 6B Per 2 - Same as Period 1 Thursday - 6G Per 1 - Today students will continue to work on their Math & Science assignments. 6B Per 2 - Same as Period 1 Friday - 6B Per 1 - Today we should have more of our set up work completed as well as this week's surveys and reflection/conclusion of our vinegar and baking soda lab. The Writer's Elective courses will meet again today to continue our 9/11 project. 6G Per 2 - Same as Period 1 |
