| 6th-grade Science Monday to Wednesday - Teams will practice presenting so that they will be ready for the Sharing Circle time at Friday's Youth Summit. HW - None unless you are behind on any classwork. Thursday - Market Day! Happening from just before 9 am to 10:30 am. Friday - GreenSTEMs Youth Summit field trip! (8 am to 2 pm) | 8th-grade Science Monday - Genetics Test. HW - Make sure your 20% Presentation is ready and that you're ready to present. Tuesday - Today 8th graders will do animal dissections to compare the anatomies of marine and terrestrial animals. Wednesday and Thursday - Teams are going to start sharing their Genius Hour (20% Time) presentations. Friday - Students will work on their Genius Hour projects. Eighth graders will have a sub today while I am at the Youth Summit field trip with the 6th graders. | 7/8 Robotics/ Programming Monday - This week all teams that are competing in the Maze Runner challenge need to finish programming their robots to get timed and see how they place. Teams who are done with the Maze Runner or who are not doing the Maze Runner can work on their current challenge. HW - None |
