6th grade Science Monday and Tuesday - Students will continue to work on the Water Pollution Research that we started last week. By now everyone should be done with their Energy and Forces exam but some students might still be working on it. HW - Finish your exam if you need more time. Wednesday - Today students are going to complete an activity where they will do some research to learn how to be critical of what we find on the Internet! This is a very important lesson in this age where it's so easy to find anything on the Internet - we really need to learn how to determine quality information from junk. When we finish the activity students will continue to work on their Water Pollution Research. Thursday and Friday - By now students should be finishing up their Water Pollution Research and starting to write their Public Service Announcement. We will choose the best ones to feature them our 6th grade World Solutions Blog! | 6th grade Exploratory Technology Lit Monday - Group B - In the computer lab today playing World of Warcraft! HW - Finish your preliminary quests if you are not yet playing World of Warcraft. Tuesday - Group A - Today we will be working in my Science classroom so that students can do their keyboarding practice and so that students can begin working on the quests that lead to learning about the Horde! We will be looking at the villains of World of Warcraft!! Wednesday - Group C - Today we will be working in my Science classroom so that students can do their keyboarding practice and so that students can begin working on the quests that lead to learning about the Horde! Thursday - Group B - Today we will be working in my Science classroom so that students can do their keyboarding practice and so that students can begin working on the quests that lead to learning about the Horde! Friday - Group A - In the computer lab today playing World of Warcraft! |
